1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Classic Finish, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include mobile and drop-off auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related automotive care services.

2. Booking and Payment

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Final pricing is confirmed at booking based on vehicle size and condition
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of service
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• Severe condition fees may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

3. Service Delivery

• Mobile service is available within 20 miles of Des Moines at no extra charge
• We provide all necessary equipment and supplies
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or unsuitable conditions

4. Liability and Insurance

Classic Finish is fully insured for general liability and garage keeper's coverage. We take every precaution to protect your vehicle, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you notice any missed spots or are not completely satisfied with our work, we will return for a free touch-up within 7 days of service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Remove all personal items from vehicle before service
• Provide accurate vehicle information and special requirements
• Ensure safe and accessible parking for mobile services
• Be present or designate a representative for service completion
